Clinical Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Works directly with the Medical Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of the centers. Develops and implements tactical work plans to support the goals and objectives of the organization. Ensures that offices/departments are clinically staffed appropriately.  Analyzes patient flow problems and assists in instituting corrective actions. Monitors clinical staff performance in compliance with established timeframes. Regularly interfaces with providers, managers and staff to assist to facilitate communication and improvement activities. Functions as EHR super user working closely with Community Health Center Alliance to ensure that appropriate training, error monitoring and corrections are completed in a timely manner. Assists as directed with the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

Salary: $88,580
